  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a Build Your Own Luxe Cravings Box that clearly included a vegetarian chalupa with potatoes, a bean burrito, and cheesy fiesta potatoes. However, my order was completely wrong. The chalupa and cheesy fiesta potatoes were missing, and instead of a bean burrito, I was given a beef burrito. As a vegetarian, receiving beef is not a minor mistake — it’s a serious issue that shows a complete lack of attention to dietary preferences. On top of that, the food I received was cold, had an unpleasant smell, and no sauces, napkins, or basic items were included. I’ve attached both my order receipt and the actual food, and it’s clear they do not match at all. •Missing items (chalupa and cheesy fiesta potatoes) •Wrong order (beef instead of vegetarian items) •Food was cold and smelled bad •No sauces, napkins, or basic items provided This wasn’t just a small error, it was multiple issues combined, which reflects very poor service and quality control. I will not be coming back. Serving beef instead of vegetarian food is a serious issue, not just a simple order mistake.

  I get a half hour break and I sat here for 10 minutes just for someone to say something then 15 minutes sitting at the window for my food bad service while the kid up front is just on his phone

  THERE WAS NO KFC. Got my order wrong but they were very friendly. If I would have know about there not being KFC I would have just used the app and gotten the order correct.
