I was getting a spicy chicken sandwich including a medium fries. When I got to the window, I asked for 2 ranch sauce for dipping my fries instead of catchup. The guy said to me that I have to pay one dollar for two ranch sauce, 50 cents each.
I was shocked to hear that and he wanted to charge me for the sauce. He mentioned that since September 15th, they are charging customers for extra sauce unless you purchased chicken nuggets.
I guess the company is in trouble when they start charging customers for smaller little things that no one even cared at some point.
I will make sure that I am going to tell this to everyone that talked to and never go back to Wendy's again since there are so many other better choices unless they change and stop this cheap and penny pinching decision!!
Good luck Wendy's with your bad and unbelievable decision! Also, the fries sucked and was dry!
