  Midnight. 2 of 3 staff in the back slacking off making the other work so hard she forgot I ordered in the drive through. Then the missing lady played games and spoke about my appearance. I'm not sure why this person works with the public. I'm such a loyal customer so being treated so poorly just for ordering food and not getting it is a mind suck.

  Waited in the drive thru line for 30minutes and the lady named Iyana is giving attitude. I was like WTH? Did i do anything wrong??? If you dont want to work then just quit. I aint coming here to buy your attitude. Dont recommend and Never come back again.

  I have been waiting for my food for 30 minutes. The past four times I have come here I've had to wait roughly 30 to 45 minutes for my food. For literally two items, a potato griller and chips and cheese. Why in the hell would it take almost an hour to get one wrap and some CHIPS that you don't even have to PUT TOGETHER. If you value your free time get your food somewhere else, literally ANYWHERE is faster.

  The girl working the window on 4/16 around 10 pm was extremely professional and accommodating during a difficult/ high stress time. There was a late night rush and they unfortunately ran out of beef (highkey sucks) but was she acted quickly to accommodate me in anyway possible and remained extremely nice! One quick note thought the wait time at this store is always way too long but they always seem short staff so hopefully the team is getting the support they need!

  Ok I am someone who NEVER leaves negative reviews… but something is going on with this Taco Bell. How is it that one taco and a Diet Coke is taking 25 minutes? I don’t know if it’s an attitude problem with the workers considering I have seen some younger punk kids working there, or they are understaffed, but something has to change. I strictly avoid this Taco Bell because they take so long EVERY SINGLE TIME, and everyone else is saying similar things about the wait times it’s absolutely ridiculous. I went to the one in Branford yesterday with cars wrapped around the building and was out of there in 5 mins. I’m going to send in a corporate complaint next, some of us have limited time for our lunch breaks.
