I repeatedly order a large iced caramel coffee and PAY for double extra caramel syrup, yet what I receive tastes like plain bitter coffee with zero sweetness and absolutely no caramel flavor. This is not a one-time mistake — it happens over and over again. Multiple people have tried my drink and confirmed that it tastes like no syrup was added at all. On top of that, I often have to ask staff to confirm whether extra caramel was added, and when I point out that the drink is not sweet (or not nearly as sweet as it should be with extra syrup), I am met with arguments instead of a proper check or fix. If I am being charged for extra syrup, I expect it to actually be in the drink. Otherwise, this is misleading and feels like I am being charged for something I am not receiving. This level of service is unacceptable. Please address this issue immediately.
