The food is decent for fast food but the service is just terrible and they literally make delivery drivers stand outside and wait for orders at a window that isn't even connected to where the employees work in the restaurant. You have to stand outside in any condition and they take an incredibly long time to bring you your food. Worst pick up you could possibly do. Please do not order delivery services at this wendys.

I have had nothing but problems at this location. Most recently my buddy ordered for pickup via the Uber Eats app. Order was placed after the lobby closed. Driverthru told us to pull around to the pickup window. Buddy waited in the rain only for them to try to gaslight him that is was picked up by a driver and likely at his house. It wasn't delivery. The order shows it wasn't delivery. If someone took it, it' because in the time it took to drive around the other side, they handed it to someone without even checking the name.
Mind you, the order was placed at 11:45, they closed the lobby at 10. So it's not like someone went in and grabbed it off a shelf. They just flat out gave it to the wrong person and didn't do anything to confirm.
We're showing them that the app clearly shows it's listed as ready for pickup and has not been flagged as picked up by anyone. They kept insisting a driver had it. Refused to remake it or do anything to make it right. They were very rude and would not provide information to contact the manager.
I know things happen and dealing with irate customers sucks. But this was absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Today I had a bad experience in This restaurants I think that The cashier should be more attentive at the cash register and is pending when one is going to pay by card talk to the magneter it seems that she does not care what I mention that event happened at 1:47pm It is very unfortunate not to be heard because we are Hispanic, the saddest thing is that the magneter is Hispanic.
Hoy tube una mala experiences en Este restaurants pienso que El cajero debe estar mas pendiente en la caja registadora y esta pendiente cuando uno va a pagar con tarjeta hable con la magneger parece que no le importo lo que mencione ese suceso paso a las 1:47pm. es muy lamentable no ser escuchado por ser raza hispana lo mas triste es que la magneger es hispana.
