  I’m not sure if this place knows what the definition of fast food is but I waited in line this for 20 minutes not even an over exaggeration for two tacos mind you there is nobody in front of me and then the line starts to wrap around the entire building I finally told the lady thank you when she handed me the bag and she gave me the look of death and slammed the Window shut. Sorry for ordering here maam.

  Genuinely worst Taco Bell ever and worst fast food experience ever in my life. It’s so bad that I’m taking time out of my day to write this stupid review. The employees are so so rude and for some reason there’s always a super long wait. It’s not even busy and I’ll be waiting 20 minutes minimum. Awful awful service and employees. Also had a very similar experience as the review below mine with the drive through lady tonight. I pulled up to the drive through and all she said was “hi”, and then I waited for her to say more. Nothing was ever said and we sat in silence for about 30 seconds before I said, “I’m here for my mobile order”. When I get to the window, it feels like I’m the only one with manners.

  How are you gonna say nothing at the speaker then have an attitude when I don’t talk and forget the cheese for my nacho fries ?? The employees at this location don’t just need to work on customer service skills, they need to learn basic social skills. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty but maybe at the bare minimum saying, “How can I help you?” when someone pulls up at the speaker would be a good way to initiate an interaction.

  It is a horrible place. My order was soaking in tomato juice. The entire order ruined. Got a refund and left. I am sorry but you have to either hate your job or be dumb to think a soaking wet burrito and two tacos are acceptable. Close down the place no one goes there. Thank you!

  Waited in the drive thru for about 30 minutes. There were cars behind me so I couldn’t get out of the line. Finally three cars behind me. Also got frustrated in reversed so I was able to leave. I don’t understand how it could possibly take that long. Even if you only had one employee, you should close the drive-through or something and not make people wait that long there were also four or five cars in the parking lot picking up to go orders for delivery. I’m sure they waited just as long as I did absolutely ridiculous.
