- VLViviana LeónNov 3, 20251.0Vengo muy seguido a este dunkin porque vivo cerca y siempre tengo problemas con mi pedido, y con las actitud de algunos empleados hacia mí personalmente, y hoy por primera vez me animé a devolver un producto (un baguel quemado y bañado en mantequilla hasta la envoltura) y lo que recibí de vuelta no fue una disculpa peor una cortesía empatica solo fue apatía y más tarde racismo; me quedé a ocupar una de las mesas y la mesera no encontró otro momento ni otro mesa a la cual dirigirse a limpiar golpeando las sillas haciendo que mi café se mueva y la pedirle que se no hiciera eso, que podía ir a otro lado a barrer, solo recibir insolencia y racismo. Depending on who's working that day, I can either walk-in and get my food no problem, or other days, they'll see me standing there waiting, just to be ignored for another 5 or so minutes before they acknowledge me. Could service be more friendly and accomodating? Yes, but I can also understand that they get busy and frustrated. I live down the street from this location, and I never have a problem coming here otherwise.

They were sitting inside looking at their phones, but the doors were locked at 9:40 PM. This is ridiculous. This is a genuine problem that needs to be fixed for Dunkin. I also went to the 11 PM location, and that was closed as well. Never coming back here.
