  I’m honestly so annoyed. The hours clearly state they close at 3:00 AM, but I pulled up arnd 2:00 AM and was told they were already closed. There were employees inside just sitting there refusing to take orders. When I pointed out the actual closing time, they just gave me attitude and lied saying they shut down an hour early. It’s super unprofessional to pick and choose when you want to work. If you say you’re open until 3, serve until 3. Don't waste people's gas and time because you want to clock out early. Definitely skipping this location from now on.

  Absolutely loved my experience here! The fresh burgers and crispy fries hit the spot, and the staff was super friendly and efficient. Can’t wait to come back for another delicious meal!

  The food here is always fresh and tasty! I love their spicy nuggets and the new salads are a great addition. The staff is super friendly and makes every visit enjoyable!

  I attempted to place an order in the drive-thru, as the signage indicated the restaurant was open. I drove across town specifically based on the posted hours, which show the location closing in another hour. After waiting, I was informed through the front door window that the restaurant was closed—without any verbal explanation, only a thumbs down gesture. As someone who works in food service, I understand that unexpected situations can come up. However, closing an hour earlier than advertised with no communication is unacceptable. At any establishment I’ve worked at, this wouldn’t fly and would likely lead to termination. At the very least, I would expect clear and professional communication. It’s hard to believe this reflects company standards.

  This Wendy's has been going so far downhill. I have been going here for years. Used to be decent now it's just a nightmare. I placed a mobile order, drove 5 minutes to the location, waiting in line another 10 minutes, finally pulled up to the window, guy slaps on the window (super rude) and motions for me to reverse (which they always do so they can finesse their times) and waited another 10 minutes. They had a whole 15 minutes to prepare my mobile order which wasn't even that much food and then took another 10 minutes on top. Crazy. This was at 10pm too. No where else is this bad.
