When I asked for a refund or to have it remade, the staff refused and wouldn’t even give me my food back. The situation got so bad that I actually had to call the police just to get my refund. It was unbelievable and incredibly frustrating. I’ve never had to deal with something like that at a fast food place before. Management really needs to train their staff better on how to handle customer complaints.
