  My goodness..... What HORRENDOUS attitudes by the people that work here. Both the very old Caucasian lady and the younger, curvy African American woman gave me disgusting attitudes after I simply asked two questions about the sale some stores had on the whole bean bags and if there store participated. When being checked out by the old lady for the gift card I ended up purchasing, my app was taking forever to load, and I explained as much. She very quickly lost her patience as I apologized and her and asked if she could help the gentleman behind me first as it just was not loading... Well, her response was "*UGH* NO! I have to do this and check you out first now!!" I said "Oh! I apologize its just taking forever to load as the data in here is quite slow" And I got a nasty "mhm whatever" response. I am appalled. If you all do not enjoy working at a 24 hour Dunkin Donuts, QUIT. FIND A NEW JOB. Don't take it out on your customers who come in to ask a couple of questions the night before Christmas Eve. Where is the holiday spirit and kindness? Certainly lacking at this Dunkin. I will never come here for a coffee based on their attitudes alone. Find another Dunkin down the street (3 min drive to Main Street in East Hartford, they are so lovely over there) that won't treat you like dirt on their shoe simply for having the audacity of walking in the store and asking them some questions. My mistake, clearly 🙄

  Quickly becoming one of the worst Dunkin's I've been too. The service is extremely inconsistent. From the long lines and the drive through, the food and drinks are constantly prepared wrong and gets cold quick.

  I'm sorry I gave a false report. Initially the reading in Isaac Thursday, yeah, they asked me to say what I said actually, the service was horrible. I waited like 30 minutes for a DoorDash learning, and I believe both of them should be fired. If you can't do the job, go find something that's better at your pace, but yeah, Doreen and Isaac, yeah, horrible service took forever. That old lady needs to be retired. That's my real review, thanks, sorry, but I had to keep it 100.

  I’ll go there just about four times a day every day and before they used to have good workers who made good coffee made just the way the customer wanted it but they have a lot of new people but also some of the old people there are now they just been making the coffee wrong every time you ask for what you want and it doesn’t come out the way you want it you gotta keep going back to have them redo it. It shouldn’t be like that. I feel like they making the coffee the way they wanna make it not how the customer pays for it other than that there’s no other issues.
