  I'm doing this reveal so I can report a worker by the name of Mona works around 2:30 in the afternoon. Her professionalism was very unprofessional. She threw a bag after I ordered some doughnuts, she was very rude and she needs to learn job etiquette if she doesn't want to work, then she doesn't have to come to work, but she shouldn't take out her frustrations on paying customers I come near all the time almost everyday to get a coffee, but I will not be coming back there again. You have lost a dedicated customer who spends no less than 105 to $10 every day, and so you just lost out because of Mona. Thank you, and y'all need to retrain her.

  Service is so slow and they always get the order wrong! Drive thru line always takes forever!

  Mona is the absolute best! She's fast and attentive and friendly. I go to so many Dunkin Donuts and she is the best of all of them.
