First I want to express my appreciation to Domino's for the Half-price pizza promotion. Our family really needs the savings, especially at this time, and to be able to enjoy and afford a simple pleasure today helped. I also like the opportunity to round up my online charge to support St. Jude. Now to my ratings. When I entered the store I was the only customer. There were 2 associates directly across from the entrance at the service counter/register, and 1 near the ovens. They said NOTHING. The person who did greet me was called Mahmoo. He was busy hand tossing pizzas to the right of the counter and called out to me, "Hi welcome to Domino's." I acknowledged him. Thank you to Mahmoo! After about 10-15 seconds he quietly said something to the other 2 associates, and the man hurriedly asked me something - again no greeting. Anyway, I paid for my pizza and departed. I had ordered a large hand tossed Wisconsin 6 Cheese with half pepperoni and half steak on the same side, extra sauce - square cut. The disappointment was the meat side was less than half the size of the pizza. I read other reviews about toppings being skimpy and it was true for our pizza in addition to the cheese side being larger than half. This made the food rating a 3. Otherwise it would have been a 5. On a better note the pizza was delicious. It has been years since I've been to Domino's, and I may return. Suggestions: 1. If ratings are important then associates should greet customers as soon as they enter even if they are busy - as Mahmoo did. If it weren't for Mahmoo the rating would be lower. A simple "Someone will be right with you" from 1 of the other 2 front associates would have been courteous customer service. 2. A customer should never feel like an inconvenience. Slow down when speaking and use a smile. 3. When toppings are for half a pie, make it half. Use a ruler if needed and give customers what they order.

The customer service here is trash . They charge extra for dipping sauce and on top of that they always forget to add the sauce you paid extra for and when you call to ask for what they forgot to add they hang up on your face . Very frustrating to have to pay for something they always fail to actually deliver. I would give 0 star

The level of professional incompetence currently on display at your location is a complete embarrassment to the brand. I have been a loyal customer for years, yet I was subjected today to a staff member whose behavior is utterly atrocious and has no place in any civilized business environment. This individual claims to have been employed at this location for 20 years. If that is true, it is a miracle your doors are still open. To spend two decades in a role and still possess the communication skills and temperament of a hostile amateur is a massive failure of management.

The conduct of your front-desk staff is an absolute disgrace. I have been a loyal customer for years, yet I am forced to deal with a phone representative who is—to put it bluntly—the most vile, unprofessional, and disrespectful individual I have ever encountered in a professional setting. Her repeated cancellation of my orders under the incompetent guise that I am a "new customer" is not just an error; it is a blatant failure of basic service. It is a pathetic indictment of your current hiring standards. Enough is enough. I miss the era when this establishment was staffed by actual adults who understood the concepts of customer loyalty and basic human decency. Fix your staffing issues immediately, or lose my business permanently.

I actually enjoyed the food, but unfortunately I found hair in my meal, which is unacceptable. When I called the restaurant, I was told I “should have brought it back last night”, if I found hair, and they were dismissive by saying no one there has long hair. I was also told they do not do refunds. Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled showed a lack of concern for food safety and customer service. Very disappointing.
