They literally have one person working doing all the inside and outside orders. Honestly one of the worst DD in the area. I have been stuck in a 4 vehicle line for 20min now. Totally unacceptable.

- EBEthan BurkeJan 3, 20261.0This is easily the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to everyone here is a grinch and I haven’t ever once gotten my order correctly. NOT ONCE. Iced chi latte is beyond simple. There’s no coffee just ice chi milk and flavorings. And yet wow there was coffee in it. Just close at this point so something better can come in. I love east Granby and this Dunkin treats all their customers as just numbers. Go down the road to the one connected to the gas station. At least then you’ll have a good shot of getting what you asked for.
