My order was delivered to the wrong address and left on the ground next to dog waste. When I called to request a replacement or refund, the employee hung up on me twice before I could even explain the address issue. I went to the store to confirm my refund, and the same employee became extremely aggressive and verbally abusive—yelling, cursing, sticking her middle finger up at me, and getting in my face in a threatening manner. She was also slinging a dough cutter around aggressively, which made the situation feel genuinely unsafe. The entire incident is on camera. I don’t blame the new delivery driver, but the hostile and violent behavior from the store employee was completely unacceptable. This experience has turned me off from Domino’s entirely. I hope corporate takes this very seriously.

After the order tracking showed it done, it then showed it " being checked for quality " for almost 45 minutes, I called to find out the status. It was indeed done but inwould need to wait an additional hour to have it delivered. At that point it would have been cooked for more than an hour and half already and would be old and cold. So we were told we could come pick It up. Despite paying the tip and delivery fee, we picked it up and it was completely cold amd clearly been done for quite some time. Waste of money! Cold chicken and pizza. Yuck. And a wasted tip and delivery fee.
