- BXBill XJan 24, 20263.0I have eaten at this restaurant for many years, and the food is generally good and served fresh. A major fault with McDonalds is a lack of new menu items and the disappearance of previous offerings such as salads etc. Last year McDonalds finally came out with a new chicken offering called McCrispy Strips which I think should be compared to Coke's disastrous introduction of New Coke in which a century old formula was changed and flatly rejected by consumers. Take a look at the pictures of McCrispy strips - they have zero eye appeal, are not crispy and the so called golden breading is soggy and relatively tasteless. Big companies don't like to mess around with what has worked for decades but not offering new products is why so many competitors such as Shake Shack and Five Guys have had explosive growth by offering innovative burger options while McDonalds stays with a decade's old menu.
- RRRick RackoJan 3, 20261.0Customers are never greeted, I observed a customer at the cash register waiting for somebody to come take his order and I told the lady at the pickup window that there was somebody there and she said don't worry he just works here It doesn't matter if you work there or not he was a paying customer, I told the guy sorry but I tried but he just shrugged his shoulders. I know this is a very busy McDonald's and the drive-thru is open 24 hours but you still need to do your job as an employee to make sure the customer is happy I've noticed a lot of DoorDash and Uber eat drivers there frustrated because the orders were taking so long this place and other places like this need dedicated areas to just work on mobile and door dash as well as Uber eats orders that way they get in and out really fast
