  Really bad service. I should have not even paid or went there. I could tell they didn’t know what they were doing. I realized after people were waiting a very long time for food. I never got what I ordered nor was there anyone there to help. I would have had to jump over the counter and entered the kitchen to get a refund. I decided to cut my losses and get dunking donuts and leave without getting refund because I wasn’t willing to wait another 30 min for a sausage egg and cheese at a rest stop.

  The cup sizes for the drinks were much smaller than usual. The passion papaya iced green tea was very watery and lacked flavor. My salad order was incorrect, as I requested a Caesar salad with chicken and no cheese, but it arrived with cheese and without chicken. After returning to the counter, I realized I had been given another customer’s salad, which was disappointing and inconvenient. The sandwich and soup were served fresh and hot, and they tasted delicious. Greater attention to order accuracy and drink quality would improve the overall experience.

  Classic Panera - excellent soups, sandwiches and pastry. Panera = quality. Great place to meet friends, do business and work on your laptop!
