I also wasnt a fan of the pork belly taco, it didnt really have much flavor. I wouldve liked if it were cooked a little longer and maybe bbq. Pork belly is known to be grilled and bbq. This had no flavor at all. I enjoyed the rice and beans and my steak taco had a great flavor to them.
