  Customer service has gotten so bad I’m never coming to this location again! In fact I’m about to make a video about my experience! I placed an order, sat down to eat, realized I forgot sour cream, went back to the register to ask and they told me it would be a $3 charge. I finished my meal then asked for a water cup, and I was told they don’t do that. My food had no salt in it, it was prepared very sloppily, few of the workers spoke English so I’m not sure if there was a miscommunication but I’m pregnant and this is my second time coming here in the last 2 weeks having a bad experience. Wont be back ✨✨✨✨

  Yummy food but got skimmed like CRAZY, prices are outrageous, $40 for a burrito and a bowl (asked for double did not recieve), the place is also extremely dirty. Love chip but this is kind of ridiculous.

  went here yesterday afternoon, i asked for a quesadilla and the girl who was serving asked me if i wanted it with cheese, i said yes and she hands it to another girl but she never asked me what meat to put in it so when it was done it was only with cheese so i said that i wanted it with steak, and they both looked at me like i committed a crime, they look at each other very much with attitude almost rolling their eyes about what just happened and starts complaining to her co workers in spanish and begrudgingly made the right quesadilla. they were badmouthing me not knowing that i understood spanish. very unprofessional and honestly mean girl energy, love chipotle but why are they not training these girls? i get they’re young but they literally looked like they hated doing their job and had the audacity to talk badly about customers in front of them, maybe it was miscommunication or whatever it was as they didn’t speak very good english but there is no need to act in such a way.

  I think there might be an employee there named Danna because I keep getting her Uber receipts to and from this Chipotle location in my email. I've tried to call this location to inquire but no one picks up the phone. If anyone there knows her please tell her to change her email address on her Uber account so I stop getting her travel details. I'll remove this review when someone responds. Thank you.
