  Service was horrible cashier had an attitude. I asked for chicken and was given a burrito full of rice never again.

  Went there on 6:15 on a Thursday and I don’t know what was wrong with the employee working the front of the line. The man had a blank stare, headphones in, and trying to speak to the person was near impossible. There was an older Spanish lady who was working next to him who had to ask him SEVEN times to pass her a vinaigrette as he stared blankly out the window while pressing a wrap. I felt terrible for her, the entire time she was trying to get his attention. I don’t say this often, but this guy needs to be fired. He was either high, intoxicated, or both.

  First pickup visit (from app order). Bag was delivered in 15 sec and we ran, err uh, crawled out. At home we found they’d given us the wrong order. Back we drive quickly greeted and swapped wrong order for right one. With barely an apology. WhaaaTever! Food is topic for a whole other review. Smaller portions, loading up on the R&B It is what it’s become.

  Where to begin? The 1.5 star rating this location currently boasts should be considered an overachievement. Go to any other Chipotle in the area. Go to any other Chipotle in America. If you are on the brink of starvation and this is your only hope, I beg you not to order through the app. I beg you. There were 20 people standing in the lobby waiting for their orders when I arrived. Several quipped about having to wait 40 minutes for their food -- little did I know they were the lucky ones. My order said it was ready for pickup at 6:50. My food was handed to me at 7:50. That's not a typo; I stood there for an hour waiting for a burrito bowl and a salad. I'll be generous in saying there was little to no communication about our food. I thought I overheard someone behind the counter say something about being out of rice, which feels like something that would be crucial for a burrito place, but I digress. There's a grocery store 100 yards away from this location. I would've went and picked them up some, I had plenty of time. One reasonably fed up woman approached the counter looking for answers and was "greeted" by a standoffish manager who went out of his way to be condescending and rude to her. I don't even blame him, but whoever hired him for a front-facing management role needs to take a look in the mirror. Leo was less in over his head at the end of Titanic. The gentleman behind the counter was doing his best to keep things under control, though dozens of hungry and angry customers made for an uphill climb that would make Sisyphus blush. I sympathize with the poor woman forced to try to dig out of the online order hole by herself. How do you have one person in that role on a Friday night? It's worth noting that the portion was good and the food was great, but after waiting over an hour my arm probably would've been palatable. I would say do better, but realistically it would be impossible to do worse.

  My coworkers and I went to this location for lunch, only to be informed that they had run out of white and brown rice, as well as chicken and steak. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. The service is consistently awful, and the food is never delivered. I won’t be returning to this location.
