  The food is always delicious but I left my jacket there and they went out of their way to contact me and wrap my jacket in plastic until I could get it so it didn’t smell like fried food. Thank you!

  Seriously they need to teach their employees customer service. It really tells you how great the management is that they can not even train properly!! lol. No thank you, may I help nothing at all! You can tell by the front end employees demeanor they hate working there. At one point I had to tell the cashier I can not hear him because he was mumbling. Looking down the whole time no eye contact. Food way overpriced last time coming here!!!

  Burgers are ok but insanely overpriced. We went in for the $8 Burger Box being currently advertised because that is actually reasonable. But of course this location refused to honor it even though I showed them the promotion was the current banner for their own location page on the website literally while we were standing at the counter! The bored kid at the register replied "Yeah, we get a lot of complaints about that." No doubt - bait and switch tactics do tend to make customers angry. So instead of $8 I got charged $19 for an average burger, a sad little pile of luke-warm tots and a medium drink. I won't be back. There's a 5 Guys less than a mile away - they're less expensive and the food quality is substantially better.

  The Danbury location is not food allergy friendly. Despite there being lots of allergen info on the Wayback burger website, this location has a broad and generic "may contain" food allergy notice and when asked for more specific allergen info, was unable to provide any more information or accommodate any food allergies.
