Visited the store on April 29th 7:20 pm the guy refused to fix my order that he messed up, 3 tacos and he made it a big deal , worst experience ever .

After waiting 30 minutes in store for our order and watching atleast 25 door dash and drive thru orders keep getting put ahead of ours. When I asked for a refund 4 times I kept getting told it was coming it was coming while he continued to take drive thru orders and ignore me when they hadn’t even started making our order. Other Taco Bell’s have better service the owner clearly doesn’t care about customers

Went to order a Quesarito and the staff lied in the drive-through saying that they weren’t available even though we had ordered one two days ago. When I got to the window, they said that they discontinue the regular Quesarito, but they had the volcano Que Cerrito available. When I asked if they could just make that without the volcano sauce, they lied again saying that they need general manager approval to be able to do that and that if I wanted to do it, I would need to go into the inside counter to order one, knowing that it would probably keep me from going inside. If they have the stuff to make the volcano, Quesarito, why won’t they be able to make the normal one without issue? The only difference is the volcano sauce.

For the past 3 times i came here, they literally said “your order isnt gonna be touched for 10 minutes because were working on a $200 doordash order” verbatim. I have come on a Sunday, Thursday, and a Wednesday. Just liars for no reason.

I order a large nacho fries and the fries are old and cold and they barely fill it to the top. I order avocado ranch on the side for the fries and there is barely any sauce in the container
