- FUFrancisco UfraciaMar 31, 20261.0Today. This Crunchwrap looks seriously disappointing. The tortilla is burnt in spots and unevenly toasted, like it was rushed or left on the grill too long. The folding is messy and falling apart, with pieces tearing open and barely holding the filling inside. It doesn’t even have that clean, sealed shape you expect—it just looks sloppy and poorly made. Overall, it looks dry, overcooked on the outside, and like zero care went into preparing it. Definitely not appetizing. Never had a bad experience until today. Thanks for the frozen drink though.

Called the store because the label on the bag was my name so not Doordash's fault. They hung up on me after I said I got the wrong order without saying anything back. I was polite. Called back and then sent me to voicemail. EDIT: Called the closest store which was not the one responsible for delivery! Contacted the appropriate store and the manager was great. Offered a remake and refund for tomorrow! Big shout out to Michael's professionalism!!
