But of course this location refused to honor it even though I showed them the promotion was the current banner for their own location page on the website literally while we were standing at the counter! The bored kid at the register replied "Yeah, we get a lot of complaints about that." No doubt - bait and switch tactics do tend to make customers angry. So instead of $8 I got charged $19 for an average burger, a sad little pile of luke-warm tots and a medium drink. I won't be back. There's a 5 Guys less than a mile away - they're less expensive and the food quality is substantially better.

It's just getting too expensive, so I have to make changes where I can. It's still the best burgers around from any franchise, but it's become prohibitively expensive, and FAST.

Great variety of sides and drinks plus the milkshakes are fantastic. If you’re new to the restaurant, I highly recommend the Cajun burgers and the red velvet shake.
