The food was completely on point, and the drinks were nothing short of spectacular. The service was top-tier across the board, from our incredible server Alexis to the bartender crafting truly magnificent drinks. What really set the night apart, though, was the owner coming to our table. Being able to share our honest, raving feedback and seeing the genuine appreciation on his face spoke volumes about the pride and passion behind this place. They’ve only been open for about two years (if I’m not mistaken) and are already planning to open another location—which says everything you need to know. Rebellion has definitely earned its spot as a go-to destination for food, drinks, vibes, and atmosphere. We’ll absolutely be back to try all the other amazing things we didn’t get to that night. Wishing them continued success—this place is something special.

We loved the creativity of the menu and everything we ordered was delicious. The portion sizes for the small plates were good as well, perfect to split between 2 people. Wish I lived closer so I could visit often!

I’d come back again just for this dish alone. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better and made me want to return. The atmosphere, the crowd, and the overall vibe of the place were all perfect. I’ll definitely be back to try other dishes too
