  I ordered 3 pizzas and 3 ranch dressings to go with my pizza! My mother picks up the order and when she got home they never gave her the 3 ranch dressing I paid for!! I am furious because I live 20 minutes away! So I call the Danbury location about it. The guy goes so what would you like us to do?? I said i would like my ranch dressing I placed with my order and paid in full!! Well you can stop by and get it! I said I live 20 minutes away! You can deliver it! Oh it will be $6.99 delivery charge! I said hell no give me my refund! I'm tired of these half ass workers!! Im going down there when im finished doing what I have to do!!

  This review is strictly due to the delivery driver that you sent to my house tonight. I don’t know if you need to do thorough background checks or something, but this guy was completely unhinged and psychotic. The food is fantastic as always. We literally just ordered from you guys yesterday and the girl who delivered our food was so sweet. I tipped her $30 because she deserved it. Then tonight I get this crazy guy delivering my food and I’m not even home. I’m at work. It’s my husband and children at home and this guy starts blowing up my phone while banging on the door so loud that my kids thought someone was trying to break in because he was banging on the door so loud and so aggressively and my husband is in the bathroom and can’t answer the door and my children are not gonna answer the door to a crazy guy banging on it so my husband opens the window and says to either leave of the food at the door or to give him a minute because he’s in the bathroom then instead of just leaving the food or wait a minute he continues to bang on the door until he’s able to get out of the bathroom and get the poop. My order was completely paid for in advance, so there was no excuse for this behavior. This is also the reason why I do not tip until after food is delivered. This guy seriously needs to be banned from going to peoples homes. If this is how he’s going to hack. He literally stared my children completely unacceptable

  I do not recommend. The staff is extremely unprofessional. The manager has a poor unprofessional attitude. Her name is Tatiana. The food is awful. The cheesy bread was burnt and the pizza was disgusting. I would not waste your money here .

  My wife and I have been watching the commercial to get a 2 topping large pizza for $6.99 carry out. I ordered 2 and was told it was $31. I said it’s supposed to be $6.99. The rude and hard to speak English person snaps and says you need to order on the APP. I said to him it doesn’t say that on the commercial and he hung up on me. I called back to see if the order was placed and spoke to another man who also had a hard time with the English tell me to get that price I need a coupon. I told him that was a bunch of crap and hung up on him. That’s ok. We ended up getting our pizza from Sals Better pizza for the same price we would have paid for that Dominos garbage. If you do need to order on the APP or on line may I suggest you say that on your commercials
