  Forgot to write my review but I was served by kels during late hours and he/she (i don’t know what they go by) was very helpful and walked me through the entire thing I was satisfied towards the end and I’m looking forward towards returning! The restaurant itself also has a very cozy vibe to it and the seating area was very peaceful when I asked for a bag they immediately stepped on it and even placed extra napkins and utensils for me! 10/10 will be trying again

  Henry was truly one of the best employees I’ve ever met. From the moment I walked in, he stood out with his warm greeting and genuinely positive attitude. He carried himself with professionalism, but also with a personality that made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who can balance both so naturally. Throughout the visit, Henry was attentive, helpful, and really seemed to care about making sure everything went well. His kindness didn’t feel forced he was genuinely friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in giving every customer a great experience. Employees like Henry make a huge difference. He didn’t just do his job; he made the entire visit memorable. Any workplace would be lucky to have someone with his dedication, personality, and work ethic.

  My daughter and I stopped in today to try it (I’d had it before elsewhere but not in Danbury yet) I got the chicken shawarma pita and my daughter did the kids pita meal with chicken shawarma and we added on a falafel. The kids meal is a good amount of food for the price! My daughter really loved it, especially the falafel, pickles, and garlic sauce. The pita chips were so good, we went back to the counter to order some to bring home. My pita was really yummy, but pretty wet at the bottom. I feel like it’s calling to be wrapped in foil to keep it from dripping. I still enjoyed it! Will be back.

  I had such a great experience at the cava on Backus Ave. The restaurant was super clean, the vibe was welcoming, and everyone working there was so friendly. The portions were really generous, and everything I ordered tasted amazing. I also want to give a shoutout to Josean, the manager. He was incredibly nice, and you can tell he runs the place really well. I actually messed up my order, and they fixed it with no problem at all, no attitude, nothing. Just super helpful. Overall, I left really happy, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I love this cava!

  I usually enjoy Cava, but this location was disappointing. The portion sizes were extremely small I was given just a tiny scoop of rice. When I politely asked for more, the employee stared at me for several seconds before responding with attitude, saying, “That’s not enough?” No, it wasn’t. For a meal that costs over $15, the portions should be reasonable. The service was unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant. I’d rather travel to the Cava in Rye, where the portions are fair and the staff is much friendlier.
