  The food here was really good! However, when I came in you could tell that the kitchen was understaffed and they were running out of food. I waited over 10 minutes just standing in line. I felt bad for the two employees helping me, you could tell they’d been through the wringer. I would come back again though.

  Very expensive. $21 dollars for a bowl with rice and chicken and free toppings and a small drink. $3.95 for the drink so that is $17 dollars for the bowl. Meat was not warm or hot not sure if that is how it is supposed to be. Rice wasn't warm either. The small scoop of hummus was good. Overall I doubt I would come back. It is a bit pricey for my lunch.

  had such a great experience thanks to Ericka, the server/cashier at this location. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. Erika handled everything with professionalism and a warm smile, and she made the entire visit feel so much more personal and enjoyable. She took the time to make sure my order was correct, answered my questions without any rush, and carried such a positive attitude that it honestly brightened my day. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Fast food service isn’t always recognized the way it should be, but Erika deserves every bit of praise. She is efficient, thoughtful, and an absolute asset to this restaurant. I’ll definitely be returning because of the amazing service she provided.

  Great food, we are very happy they opened up this new location! Only thing I’ll say is that there’s a 50/50 chance my free pita isn’t in the bag when I get home. Always a bummer! The rest is all good!! This place you can eat and not feel like crap after

Without me even asking, he suggested a small, additional amount of falafel to ensure my lunch was perfectly balanced. His smile was contagious, his recommendation was spot-on (the yogurt and dill dressing was the perfect complement to the harissa), and his efficiency kept the line moving without rush, but without pause. Josean's Service: He didn't just stick to the script; he took a personal moment to ensure my order was the best it could be. In the quick-service sector, this attention to detail is rare and precious. It is an example of how one employee can turn a daily transaction into a truly pleasant experience. If you are looking for healthy and delicious food, CAVA is the place.
