Today was my first visit to Dolce Italian Restaurant, and it exceeded every expectation. Coming from a traditional Italian family, I have high standards when it comes to authentic Italian cuisine—but Dolce delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.
I ordered the fettuccine Dolce and fried calamari, and both dishes were absolutely phenomenal. The calamari was perfectly crispy, fresh, and easily among the best I’ve had—definitely top-tier fried calamari compared to other Italian restaurants I’ve visited. The fettuccine was rich, flavorful, and truly showcased authentic Italian flavors.
I also tried the espresso martini, which was expertly crafted and one of the best I’ve had—perfect balance and presentation.
What really sets Dolce apart is the hospitality. The owner, Benny, personally came by to ensure everything was perfect, which added a personal and welcoming touch you don’t find everywhere. That level of customer service truly elevates the entire restaurant experience.
From what I saw, the lobster, scallops, and shrimp dishes looked incredibly fresh and high-quality, paired with a standout sauce that clearly defines their seafood offerings. I’m looking forward to coming back to try more of their menu.
