  After having a negative experience at Wendy’s we left and we decided to go to Arby’s—and it completely turned our night around. Even though the drive-thru was packed, we decided to go inside. As soon as we walked in, an employee named William immediately came over to help us at the kiosk. We’ve only been to Arby’s a couple of times, so we took a while figuring out what to order—but he was incredibly patient and reassured us to take our time. We ended up placing a pretty large and complicated order (around 20 items!), and William got everything exactly right. He was kind, attentive, and kept thanking us throughout the process, which really stood out. Another staff member also checked in and apologized in advance in case the order took a while, which we really appreciated. But honestly, the service was so efficient that by the time we sat down, our order was already ready—and everything was perfect. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, hardworking, and attentive. They even checked to make sure everything was correct, which is rare for such a big order. This was easily one of the best fast food experiences my family has ever had. From the food to the service, everything was a 10/10. Huge shoutout to William and the entire team—we will definitely be coming back!

  The kids meal was a joke.........it should be called an infant meal........they definitely DO NOT HAVE THE MEATS!!!!

  Been going here several times over this year for the turkey bacon ranch sandwich when I need lunch in a pinch. Every time I go I am impressed with how professional, courteous and helpful the staff are. Different days of the week, weekdays and weekends- all different staff yet consistently excellent service. Never written a review of a fast food place before but this staff certainly deserves recognition. They are an awesome group.

  Horrible!!! You should at least try to make the food look as advertised. I thought I ordered the smokehouse brisket sandwich as pictured. Not sure what I got. It didn’t taste good either.
