- GGGia5 days ago4.0This is usually a great McDonalds. I personally order on the app and use curbside for the deals. It's right off the highway which makes it convenient for travelers. I attached a picture of my recent visit where my Big Mac was made by a confused worker, which is a bit funny. It still tasted great.

I placed a breakfast order and arrived before the breakfast cutoff time, yet after waiting approximately 40 minutes, I was told my order could not be fulfilled because they had already switched to lunch. Despite the fact that I had already paid, I was denied both my original order and a replacement meal. I was told that providing a replacement would be considered “free food,” which makes no sense given that my payment had already been processed. This is unacceptable customer service. A fast food restaurant should not take 40 minutes to address an order, especially only to deny it entirely. If there are timing limitations on menu items, they should be honored for customers who ordered and arrived within the stated timeframe. I ended up leaving with no food and no resolution, which is incredibly frustrating—especially when ordering for a family. I hope management addresses this issue so no one else has to go through the same experience.
