- NSNick SmithSep 14, 20251.0Went to drive through for a drink I order regularly. Noticed it was made wrong and turned around and went inside. I carry myself with respect as I have bad anxiety and dont want to upset other people, especially in the work force. I go to the counter and let the lady know that my drink is made wrong, it’s usually darker and sweeter. A different employee comes up and tries to explain to me that the drink I order every day, isn’t sweet dark or sweet because of the things I put into it. I let her know that I order this drink daily and it’s never been like that. She then proceeded to aggressively make my drink. (which was made correctly the second time) Most of the times we go there, we have some sort of issue with the drinks we order, and we order them correctly as we’ve worked at a Dunkin’ in the past. I don’t know if employees need to be retrained, or if they need to get rid of the drive thru timers, but quality needs to start being addressed and time needs to be a lower priority, especially if drinks and food can’t be made.
