  if i could give zero i would, awful customer service, got everything in my order wrong, the only thing they got right they made wrong, why even have pictures of the food up if ur gonna hand me slop….

  Horrific service. Maybe one out of the 5 people working speaks any English. Have to repeat my order 5 times and it's still wrong. They ignore you while laughing with each other. They don't know I speak Spanish and they are talking badly about customers right in front of them. The woman in front of me said "bagel with cream cheese" and the guy taking the order had to ask the lady who worked there to translate. Horrible horrible service.

  Very rude customer service, do not go here if you want to change your order, they are angry if you decide to change your order., especially the shift manager. Do not go here, stars bucks is it

  I ordered and paid for an iced tea and they only realized they were out of it when they began to pour. How do they not know when it is so low that it needs to be replenished? They were also out of the cheddar bagel twists that I was looking forward to. This was not midnight, it was 4 in the afternoon! The attitude was not very sympathetic. It didn't seem to matter to them that BOTH things I came in for were unavailable.
