  I left about 15 minutes ago and went through the drive thru, the coffee was $3.32 on screen, and that was correct for my order, but when I got to the counter the individual at the window stated $3.85 for a small with 2 shots of protein milk. Idk whether the individual was having a bad day but the attitude was ridiculous and the fact I asked for 1 sugar and 2 protein milk and received 1 cream 2 protein milk, even when seeing on the screen originally showing my order correctly and the correct amount. Very unpleasant and is not the norm when coming to this particular Dunkin' but it truly is about who you deal with when you go and this time the service was horrible, the price was wrong and the coffee was made incorrectly AFTER being entered correctly!? Unsure why the original order got modified but I never should have been charged an extra $.53 when I paid an extra $.50 already for the upgraded milk substitute and did not order a medium. I can not have cream so the coffee wasn't one I could drink so a waste of money all around.

  I seem to try this dunkin every few months cuz it’s half a mile from where I live, but every time I get a coffee it tastes like hot sewage water. I’m not bold enough to try their food, but I’ve never had a good coffee here and most of the workers seem to hate their lives

  Believe the reviews. I am all for saving the environment, but please put straws in the bag if I order 2 drinks. And read the drink slips. They will tell you exactly how every drink has been modified. It's a printed cheat sheet that will let you know I added this thing called pumpkin flavor to my coffee.

  After multiple visits ( 5) and orders from inside and through the drive through, not one of the orders were correct . Drinks wrong , food wrong , food missing , had to go back multiple times and got attitude when requesting my order. Highly do not recommend.
