    I always get my orders done correctly and it’s my must stop place for Chili. Their chili is always on point and very hot which makes it soooo good! Please keep it this way, I travel miles just to eat at this Wendy’s because of their chili.

    Ordered a double Baconator with an advertise six slices of bacon, received a burger with two pieces of bacon that We’re so small that we had to pick through the top condiments to even find them. I bring it up to the counter employer, a manager comes out of the back and slams the burger on the counter, shows me the top two pieces of bacon, it says “there’s your bacon”. By far the rudest manager I’ve ever dealt with in a fast food location. Had to ask for sour cream that we asked for to go with a baked potato, received sour cream that was expired. Got told that’s all they had. Completely unacceptable. Never mind the fact that we never get our orders correct using the Wendy’s app for any location, this one in particular was horrible.

    Tried to order from app at 7:30 on my way home. The drive through was full. I completed my order tried to enter my payment and it told me something went wrong several times… so I went inside. There were serval people inside waiting inline. When I entered one gentleman stated he had been waiting a long time. I responded with the app is not working. He stated neither are these people. At that point several employees came out on their phones or looking like they just woke up from a nap.. I understand this is fast food but do your jobs.. this is ridiculous. Won’t come back here again.
