I had gone through the Drive Thru off a wim, mainly because I hadn’t had Wendy’s in a while, ordered a Baconator and Spicy Nuggets. The Employees that were there seemed like they would rather be anywhere else and didn’t really care, which was evident when I go to have my burger and not only was it not the one I ordered but the patties were raw. Y’all need to do something about this!!!!!

Tried to order from app at 7:30 on my way home. The drive through was full. I completed my order tried to enter my payment and it told me something went wrong several times… so I went inside. There were serval people inside waiting inline. When I entered one gentleman stated he had been waiting a long time. I responded with the app is not working. He stated neither are these people. At that point several employees came out on their phones or looking like they just woke up from a nap.. I understand this is fast food but do your jobs.. this is ridiculous. Won’t come back here again.

Stopped on my way home last night because I was hungry, and really didn't feel like cooking anything. I get home take a bite of my burger and think to myself "man, that's pretty cold, must've been sitting for a while" which is whatever, I don't have high expectations. I pick the burger up to take another bite and realize the reason it was so cold, is because its raw. I hope this is one of the locations they close, in hopes of getting something better to replace it

Bad experience every time I’ve came here Cold sandwiches and fries and melted frosty takes very long on DoorDash and in person. Disgusting Goyslop
