- KKKDNov 1, 20252.0This dunkin is too overwhelmed. Mobile ordering, kiosks, counter service, and drive thru is too much for this location. I waited 45 minutes for a mobile order because they were so slammed. Bagel wasn’t really toasted and the coffee was burnt. I wouldn’t recommend this dunkin to anyone. Everyone was running around trying to fulfill orders except one older gentleman in a green sweatshirt that was standing around, distracting his coworkers. It was very frustrating to watch with 10 other people waiting for their food, even his coworkers were irritated with his laziness. The older women working the drive thru told him to stay away from her because she couldn’t maneuver around him most of the time. I don’t know who runs this dunkin but it’s obvious they aren’t running it very well after this experience.
