  Attention CEO, Chipotle won't last in Colchester unless you hire competent workers who double check their to-go orders for all ordered items and give decent size portions. Very very disappointed. Moe's is way more generous and tasty.

  Very poor workforce, we waited 25 minutes with only 3 people in front of us. One employee making the order and checking them out while 5 other people behind them were standing around doing nothing. The line was out the door and people were leaving. The burrito was very poorly made and store was not clean at all. I hope this turns around soon.

  Absolutely the worst Chipotle burrito I've ever had! Order was a pickup placed on their app so I wasn't able to view my bagged burrito which was oddly wide and flat and not your typical cylindrical burrito. Toppings inside were not evenly distributed and the carne asada beef tasted like it was a week old and very dry! I ended up throwing half of it away despite being very hungry! For a new location you'd think that customer satisfaction would be an even higher priority but according to the reviews it sadly isn't! Hard to believe this brand new Chipotle is even worse than Middletown yet it is!! My large chips were also overly salted. Large guacamole was good and my Izze blackberry soda was ice cold. For $35+, this meal was a complete and utter failure and It'll be difficult to consider eating here again! Considering there was only one other customer inside, this meal should have been perfect at 4pm on Thursday 12/31/25!

  I was NOT here for grand opening, I was here when there was 2-3 people in front of me, so there should be no slack given. Awful experience. Out of ingredients. Food is cold. Beans are sitting there and saturated in stuck broth. Rice is hard. Meat is freezing. Food all over the counters, nobody knows how to put a pair of gloves on. Someone is going to get really sick coming here. Not sure who manages but they must get staff up to par or this place is going under, quickly. Super disappointing… And I thought Glastonbury chipotle was bad, this place is somehow worse…

  I went two weeks ago and there were two people ahead of me. I waited a very long time. Took over 20 minutes. They never said they were out of everything. They had no chicken, queso & a few other items I forget now. Anyway, if you are out of the most popular items then say something when people walk in. Very disorganized. Lots of employees walking around but not assisting. This is not their fault!! Who owns this location? You need to re-train everyone. I tried again today because I figured maybe they worked out the issues. NOPE!!! Today I go in and there is one person ahead of me, ONE! 15 minutes later I was still waiting. The poor girl that was helping the line also has to stop to ring out the orders and change gloves, etc. The person forgot queso so she has to go back to get that (changes gloves which is great) but why not have someone else ringing up? There are other employees walking around. Tend to your line!! Crazy!! I walked out for the second time. Call the owner of Jersey Mikes in Colchester. He was outside greeting everyone, gave coupons out. Staff greets everyone and with a line out the door I am out in a few minutes. That is efficiency and a properly trained staff. PS my boyfriend also went twice and said they do not know how to roll the burritos and he also waited a very long time. Nothing against staff. This is on owner! Fix it!! I will not try again until the reviews are positive.
