  It’s been like 20 weeks and this dunkin is always out of stock of everything. They should turn this location into a parking lot for the Starbucks across the street at this point

  i bought extra cheese and didn’t get it. I got loaded hashbrowns and they were a normal order of hashbrowns and they were terrible, do not ever go to this dunkin

  20 minute drive through line on a mobile order and they wait until the food pickup window to say they don’t have what we ordered- at that point they should have allowed us to get anything else but instead sure- we will get that item with bacon-and take our coffee that looks like it was made 20 minutes ago…. don’t go here if you have a soul -it feels like it’s the training site for every employee. A corporate survey will also be sent. It’s the least efficient unskilled dunkin experience I’ve had in my life. I will literally never go back here.

  Went there this afternoon, there was no one in-front of me, waited at the screen for five minutes before asking if anyone was there. Got an attitude from the worker. Worst coffee I’ve ever gotten from Dunkin it was like they intentionally filled it with sweetener and cream to spite me for asking if anyone was was there at the window. The cup was covered in coffee so I asked for some napkins and got more attitude. I’ll never go back to this location again. Terrible service and even worse coffee.

  Caf instead of decaf, couldn’t sleep all night. Ham instead of chicken in wrap. It’s a drive through and we rely on listening skills of employees and guess that’s not working. Very frustrating.
