  Been to this location once before and it was as expected. Ordered pickup tonight and it was 30 minutes late. Paid items on each meal ordered were missing, and everything was barely warm. Guessing they are understaffed, but won’t be back to this location.

  I’d give 0/5 stars if I could. Order placed 650pm. Food was supposed to be ready by 720pm. By 750pm, girl at the window said it would be another 30minutes. She was obviously overwhelmed. Front was empty but they weren’t helping mobile section. Inquired about cancelling online, got told he could. But per the chipotle app, you cannot. By 840pm, app said our food was ready. Went to pick it up and was told that since we had inquired about canceling, staff just decided to clear our order without making it. …. I’ve now waited over 2 hours for something that could have been done by the front line 2hours ago.

  I have been to many chipotle’s but the customer service at this one and the quality of the food sucks.

  Food containers are always empty, despite there being no one there, so there should be plenty of time to restock. Bowls are never done the same. Even when ordering two bowls that are identical, they don’t make them the same, with more or less ingredients in each. It’s bizarre. For a brand new place, it’s incredibly disappointing to say the least.

  Updating my review 2/26/26: We came back two weeks later and definitely noticed improvements! The staff seemed more professional, and the overall environment felt more polished. The food prep area could have been a little cleaner. Cleanliness around the fountain and tables could use a bit of attention, but overall it was a much better experience. Glad to see they’re making progress.
