    If you are doing a pick up order I would suggest that you do it in Old Saybrook or else where. The people in Clinton are super rude. I work in customer service and if the people that work under me or I were as rude as them we would be fired. STAY AWAY

    The store entrance to stop & Shop is absolutely foul. It smells like a New York city subway car. This is not a smell that you want to be smelling before you go grocery shopping

    The majority of the time this store is good but sometimes it doesn’t have what I’m looking for in stock. The staff can be hot or miss in terms of helpfulness.

    The store posted today Izzy can fruit drink in stock, so I wasted my time looking for it till store manager told me they do not have this product
