Two gentlemen working the store. One gentleman messed up a customer order. Instead of letting the customer or coworker know, he abandoned his task and went to do something else. Meanwhile my coffee was ready, sitting on the pick up counter. I completely understand that the customer that wasn't given his order deserved attention and got it, but really you can't hand me my coffee from the counter when I asked for it.
