- PPPauline6 days ago1.0The service here was really horrible. I always absolutely love going to Dunkin Donuts but I have never experienced this type of service in my life. The lady who works the drive thru was very rude (I get that everyone has their bad day) but there is no reason for her attitude and the service that was there today. The coffee that I ordered was not good it was overly sweet and it tasted like she only listen to half of what I said. It was not what I had in mind when I placed my order.

I have ordered on the go and ALWAYS got my coffee wrong I have ordered it 20 minutes a head of time just so that I know it would be done and most of the time it still was never done. I have been late to work because it was never done on time. Believe me I work retail and I understand how hard it can be, but most the time they were never busy and still get it wrong. I’m not sure what this store needs maybe new management or a new store manager. If I was the store manager I would be embarrassed for myself and that store.
