- JAJeannie ArmstrongFeb 6, 20261.0Staff needs some better training lol. I went in and They were having a special - a 6 inch with two cookies. I chose to only take one cookie. I didn’t need the second cookie and because I only took one cookie They didn’t give me the special price and charged me a dollar for the cookie. They charged me more and their reasoning was well you didn’t get the special price because you didn’t take the second cookie. The guy looked me straight in the face and said if you had taken the second cookie it would’ve been cheaper so I paid more than the price of the special. I thought he was kidding at first and I was going to actually tell them to take the second cookie and put it in the garbage. I actually couldn’t believe it. I was speechless. I would actually love it as the owner would answer this because it’s just my entire office laughed hysterically when we got back I didn’t have time to argue it with the guy but I am a regular customer that goes once a week that will never go back because of this
