Ordered McDelivery and was happy just to have the food delivered (last time I got McDelivery none of my food came). However, NONE of the sauces we ordered were included. Ordered for a group and got 40 Nuggets ($20 before tax) and no sauce. Hard to eat nuggets without sauce. Not to mention it’s a fee for extra sauces. Tried calling but didn’t seem like they cared. It’s pulling teeth trying to get customer service to help as McDonalds points the finger at DoorDash and DoorDash points the finger at McDonalds. A headache all around. 1 Star is generous. Buyers beware.

So I had a cheeseburger meal bundle deal through the app. I order, my wife uses her app and orders a spicy chicken add pickles. Literally at 5:56pm. At 6:14 I had to ask for the chicken sandwich. The girl expediting the food. Kept just saying 'Uber eat?' OVER and over to me and not listening when I said, 'no, mobile order. And gave her the name.' She then looks at the screen and goes back to work. My wife had to screen shot her order out of the app to have her look at it and tell the kitchen to make it. The chicken sandwich wasn't a spicy and it didn't have pickles. On top of that, the CHEESEBURGER MEAL BUNDLE WAS MISSING THE MAIN COMPONENT. THE CHEESEBURGERS!!! So pack back up and go back. A manager retakes my order. And my food is rushed to remake it. And it was pretty quick. The girls said sorry and handed me the bag. I should've checked it. Thay was my fault. But they just messed up my order I figured there's no way it wrong AGAIN....right? I was wrong. They remade the chicken sandwich and handed me back the food. THAT WAS STILL MISSING THE CHEESEBURGERS. I find this out when I get back home. I call this time. To let them know they've messed up, yet again. They apologize AGAIN. And I tell then im on my way back for a third time. When I walking the girl asks me what my order was. After a hour of driving back and forth I was done. Told her to look up the order. Then another manager hurried out with my cheeseburgers and was super happy to let me know she gave me an apple pie for my troubles. Really? I want my hour back. I think driving back and forth 6 times is worth more than an apple pie. Calling the store gets you nowhere. They dont care. Now I know why I drive to southington when the kid's want McDonald's. Sad they have enough people in the back. Every station had a manager on it. This is a dumb mistake to make 3 times in a row. 3 strikes and you're out. Never once had an issue at the southington location and it only 10 minutes down the road.

I had ordered a mobile order when my husband was going to the restaurant to place his own order. He waited 15 minutes for my spicy mcChicken sandwich with pickles. He asked the manager on duty for the order with the name. She made him call me and get the order number. He ordered 2 cheeseburger with fries and 20.piece nuggets. When my husband got home we were missing the two cheeseburger and a regular mcChicken sandwich not the onw I had placed. The customer service at this location is ridiculous. We live in town but would rather travel to Southington because their workers are much friendlier.
