The three women working the morning shift were extremely rude from the moment I walked in. They acted irritated that customers were even there, spoke with an attitude, and snapped back at people who asked simple questions about their orders. Instead of being professional, they were openly talking back to customers and showing zero respect or basic courtesy. Their behavior created a hostile, uncomfortable environment for everyone waiting in line. It honestly felt like they went out of their way to be unhelpful. Management seriously needs to address the staff’s attitude because this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

I realize it’s early in the morning, but the woman at the counter needs to do a different job. She gave me such attitude this morning, no smile, nothing. I was the only one she gave attitude to too. I believe there is racial profiling going on here as well. The older woman however is very nice! Hopefully they’re able to get another staff member to work the front or I think it’ll deter a lot of “regulars” from coming to this Dunkin location.
