    I ordered a coffee it was good and a bagel twist toasted with butter when I got my order the bagel twist didn't look like it was toasted all the way and the butter appeared to look like it was spread different than I've had before like I saw some on the paper it came with and some on the bagel I was not impressed with it.

    I order a hot tea and 2 donuts. The girl gave me my tea. I waited 10 min while uiur staff is fooling around inside. Had to bang on window. Need a manager. We are customers that show up all the time. Its not hard taking a order and hand it out. I am on the food business. I would fire them person. Customer are the ones that keep your doors open.     I can’t speak about the food here because I rarely eat it, but the service is very inconsistent. I realize it’s early in the morning, but the woman at the counter needs to do a different job. She gave me such attitude this morning, no smile, nothing. I was the only one she gave attitude to too. I believe there is racial profiling going on here as well. The older woman however is very nice! Hopefully they’re able to get another staff member to work the front or I think it’ll deter a lot of “regulars” from coming to this Dunkin location.
