- CNChristina NievesJan 2, 20261.0This chipotle is the absolute worst. I came here two times and both experiences were horrible. The first time I came here the worker was very cheaply putting the protein on to the food so I asked if she can put more and she screamed loudly EXTRA CHICKEN! I then said to her, I didn't order extra chicken you didn't give me a proper serving. That was embarrassing but I still decided to come back one more time because this location is closer to my house then my usual chipotle which is double the drive. My second visit they wanted to over charge me for the same meal that I always get. Then she told me the other chipotles aren't charging me correctly which is absurd because this is the only one that charges me this way and the others all charge me the same. I was very embarrassed and I said I won't be getting the food then because I didn't even bring that much money because I never was overcharged before. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CHIPOTLE AGAIN. WORST CHIPOTLE EVER, I RATHER DRIVE DOUBLE THE TIME TO A CHIPOTLE THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN ONE WHO IS RUDE. I AM SO EMBARRASSED AND JUST PISSED OFF RN I CANT BELIEVE THAT REALLY HAPPENED.

Really? It was 7pm and this location closes at 11. Got home finally and my burrito was all wrong and the guac and queso were missing. Waste of money and time Terrible. Going back to the Queen Street location.
