- JCJake ConteJan 13, 20261.0Went in (not busy at all) and the worker who took my order was so rude and annoyed with me and my girlfriend for no reason. He was overly passive aggressive and didn't change his gloves to take our order and they had soapy water on it which got on my bowl. We were also ignored for a few minutes waiting to get our order taken. He was a white male, blonde; buzzed hair, and looked to be in his 20s years old.

Food arrived cold, barely anything in the bowl, sides requested include brown guacamole, sour cream looked sus and not fresh that I couldn’t barely eat any. I’ve had an issue at this location before in-person or delivery few years back, did an online pick up and they improved on what was wrong with it. Now it just another bad experience - already filled out a complaint through Pepper Chat.
