"How the mighty have fallen". Good quality burgers but something has happened to their Fries. Their once perfect home made fresh fries combined with their good burgers were what justified their high prices. They used to be perfectly fresh hand made hot and tender. But the last 3 times I have visited I was served dried out desiccated fries. The 1st 2 times I thought I was accidentally served fries which had been sitting out too long. but this time it was rush hour lunch time and they were exactly the same as the previous 2 visits. Truly worse that frozen fries. Sadly, I am done with 5 Guys. (Brookfield CT location.)

There's an unkept worker there you took my order today, very gross. I don't like to leave reviews but this bothered me very much to the point I didn't eat my burger. He was chubby with curly long hair for a man. His hair should be short regardless of a hair net. it's not hard to know the worker I'm referring to. He should be fired IMMEDIATELY

Delicious burgers, fries and shakes. And free peanuts to munch on while waiting for your order to be cooked fresh. Yum!

This is a very nice place! Food was delicious, especially the fries, and the service is great. I have a gluten allergy, and the employees were very nice about it, I brought my own buns and they just gave me the patty and toppings. I will definitely come here again and recommend this place to others! :)
