Heather at Dunkin (north) in Brookfield is our favorite! She is always in a good mood and handles the stress with ease when they’re incredibly busy. She always remembers our orders and sometimes has them ready for us as we approach the front of the line!! With Starbucks closing, their customer base has doubled and all of the employees there are all handling it so well.

I don’t know what happened with the management of this location, but it is ridiculously understaffed and wait times are incredibly lengthy. I stopped this evening at the drive-thru, gave my order within a minute, then pulled up behind a car. When they left, I pulled up and sat at the window for 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. Nice young man finally came, apologized for the delay, and charged me for my coffee. Then went to make it. Came back to tell me it would be a little longer because he had to brew a new pot. We’re at about 12 minutes now for one medium coffee. So I offered to park and pick it up inside so the people behind me could go. When I got inside, there were 3 other people waiting, plus 3 cars that were behind me (one of them now honking), and the young man was BY HIMSELF! No other employees to be found, just one very nice young man doing his best to take care of 6 different orders at the same time. That’s impossible for anyone. Management needs to get its act together, no business can survive like that.

Take forever to acknowledge you once you pull up to the drive thru. Literally have sat there for 3 minutes before they take your order. Happens all the time

Located next to Portobello. This location has a drive-thru. Clean inside with a friendly staff. They have cold brew on tap. It’s a Dunkin so not much more to say. The wake up wrap hit the spot.

I didn't think I could find a worse Dunkin than in Southbury but this one has taken its place. They can't get orders out on time or to the correct people. I watched them scramble this morning to find an order for someone who had ordered. When I went to ask a question at the counter about my order they were so focused on finding this order that they ignored the front counter all together. I left pissed and unsatisfied. Either this company needs a whole new retraining or something because this has been common in every Dunkin I've been in lately. Hard to want to give service to a business that is like this.
