She always remembers our orders and sometimes has them ready for us as we approach the front of the line!! With Starbucks closing, their customer base has doubled and all of the employees there are all handling it so well.
- JJJamesOct 8, 20251.0I don’t know what happened with the management of this location, but it is ridiculously understaffed and wait times are incredibly lengthy. I stopped this evening at the drive-thru, gave my order within a minute, then pulled up behind a car. When they left, I pulled up and sat at the window for 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. Nice young man finally came, apologized for the delay, and charged me for my coffee. Then went to make it. Came back to tell me it would be a little longer because he had to brew a new pot. We’re at about 12 minutes now for one medium coffee. So I offered to park and pick it up inside so the people behind me could go. When I got inside, there were 3 other people waiting, plus 3 cars that were behind me (one of them now honking), and the young man was BY HIMSELF! No other employees to be found, just one very nice young man doing his best to take care of 6 different orders at the same time. That’s impossible for anyone. Management needs to get its act together, no business can survive like that.
