- BPBob Payne1 day ago1.0Good luck with them getting your order right. The workers have no idea what the difference is between an everything bagel and a twelve grain bagel. Additionally when you tell them "toasted dark" it is usually slightly warmed if not cold. Coffee is old a great deal of the time. Just went back to complain today. No apology and they acted like we were inconveniencing them as they were giggling and goofing off. Terrible Dunkin! Honestly, most Dunkins in the area are poor.

I used to get a regular iced coffee 2 swirls and it was the perfect balance between coffee flavor and sweet vanilla. Now, it either tastes overly sweet or watered down. I figured I’d switch to cold brew after visiting a few other Dunkin locations in other states and ordering the 2 swirls with cold brew. Was great the first time I got it here, but now it’s the same as the iced coffee. I’ve even asked them to remake it a few times and it comes back the same way. Today was the last straw unfortunately, I even watched them make most of it (the pumps, using the cold brew tap dispenser). I’m wondering if it’s the way they’re brewing their iced coffee/cold brew..?
