  Every time you ask for light ice, they still fill the entire cup up with ice, then when you order it, when you ask for an iced matcha latte, or anything iced, they'll ask do you want it hot or iced when you literally say iced. They'll do the same thing when you say hot coffee they'll say do you want it iced or hot. It's not rocket science especially when you specify what one you want.

  9 out of 10 times good is not food or order is messed up unfortunate. Service has improved but sometimes there is a language barrier which creates issues with orders. Donuts often stale and frozen food has a freezer taste. Today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there was about a tsp of cream cheese on the bagel. Usually leave feeling very frustrated

  It doesn’t matter if you do traditional drive-thru, mobile order with drive-thru pickup or in store pickup, or order at the counter inside, this Dunkin’ takes foreverrrrrrr. The workers have never been particularly rude, but if you have a customer waiting for over 30 minutes for a mobile order that was placed well before they got to the store, you should proactively apologize for the delay. Even when the customer reminds you what they are waiting for, it’s an opportunity to apologize for the long wait. We’ve stopped coming to this location because of how slow things are - not sure if it’s a management issue or that there’s just no sense of urgency. A little frustrating when the visit serves as a mere a pit stop along the way.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS DD LOCATION!! Worst customer service experience ever in my life. Definitely deserves 0 stars!! Young teen girl on drive thru intercom came on asking for order with a huge attitude, we were being rushed, and had to repeat ourselves several times. Order was then wrong and overcharged, asked for a credit and our drinks…girl said, “here’s your credit but no drinks.” I went into store to speak to a manager. Girl stated no manager. Please do yourself a favor and go to another location. No customer should ever be treated this way. Employees like this if you don’t know how to serve customers or don’t want to then please let someone else do the job for you and take your position..there are people out there who truly need a job and want it.
